Parent & Me
(15 mo – 3 Y) – 45 min
Our Parent & Me Program is a parent-assisted class that allows toddlers to explore the gym. As a toddler becomes more active and curious, our course will enable them to try new movements and body positions. The introduction of balancing, hanging, and new fine and gross motor skills, along with music and fun keep these little ones active, entertained and challenged.
As the child progresses in age, some structure is added to the class allowing the child to become comfortable in transitioning to a class alone.
Mini Explorers
(3 Y) 45 min
This class develops coordination, strength, and flexibility by using obstacle courses and mini gymnastics apparatus. We emphasize teaching the kids to follow directions and preparing them for the regular preschool class while staying active and having fun.
This class will also help enhance your child’s social skills. During a class children will observe, practice waiting their turn, follow directions and interact with his or her peers.
Little Jumpers
(4 Y – 5 Y) – 1 hour
This pre-school class is designed to provide a structured, nurturing environment to increase each child’s self-confidence, improve both gross and fine motor skills, while still having lots of fun. Balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility are increased in this class, as we introduced new gymnastics skills.
Grade School Classes
Mini Flips
(6 Y – 8 Y) – 1 Hour
Our 6 to 8-year-old class continues with the developing of balance, strength, and flexibility, along with the introduction of more advanced skills for those children who are ready.
During the session, if some of our students master the basics, we will follow the next progression into intermediate and advanced skills
Building confidence, stamina, and agility are some of the focus in this group.
Twisters
(8 Y – 10Y) – 1 hour
No previous experience is required for this class. This 8 to 10-year-old class, is excellent both beginners as well as more advanced girls that want to continue their training in recreational gymnastics.
More complex skills are introduced on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor for those who are ready, as our coaches will go through different stations and progressions of the skills that are individualized to each child’s level.
Olympians
(10 Y – 15Y) – 1 hourr
This 8 to 10-year-old class, pre-teens to develop self-confidence, as well as strength, flexibility, and body awareness; No previous experience is required for this class, as our instructors and our curriculum allow girls of all levels to learn and improve at their own pace while staying motivated and challenged.
Tumbling
(6 Y & Up) – 1 hour
This program provides instruction on floor exercise with emphasis on tumbling and jumps for students participating, or wishing to be involved in cheerleading or acro dance. Classes are one hour long, using mats, spring floor, and Tumble Trak.
Our Tumbling class is for kids from 7 to 12 years old. These classes are for kids that want to learn different skills or to improve skills they already have, from handstands, cartwheels, to back handspring and flips. Children are encouraged to put the effort required to achieve their highest potential.
Boys Gymnastics
(6 Y & Up) – 1 hour
This is a class designed just for boys, that builds on the basic concepts and begin introducing more advanced skills on all apparatus. Children also start connecting skills and focusing more on form and how skills are performed.
More time is also spent on increasing strength and flexibility. Boys will have the opportunity to learn multiple gymnastics events, including Floor, Vault, Tumble Track, Parallel Bars, and Rings.
