One hour of supervised gymnastics and play time. Our open gyms are the perfect time for your kids to get some extra practice time and go on any equipment that they wish.<\/p>\n

For the little ones, it\u2019s the perfect space to get some exploration and play time.<\/p>\n

Our clinics offer an excellent opportunity to master a specific skill, using different drills and progressions specifically designed for it. One hour of hands-on coaching and spotting, along with positive reinforcement and challenges, encourage all of our participants to learn the skill faster.<\/p>\n

ELITE (PRE-TEAM)<\/h4>\n

By invitation only! This group is specifically designed for kids that want to pursue gymnastics in a more challenging and structured environment. Kids from 4 to 9 years old come to the gym for 3 to 4 hours a week to take their gymnastics to the next level and get ready for formal gymnastics competitions.<\/p>\n

XCEL – COMPETITIVE<\/h4>\n

Girls in our Xcel Team meet and practice multiple times and hours a week, for a full year-round commitment.<\/p>\n

Once the girls in the Elite Program have achieved and mastered all the requirements to level up to the team, and compete outside the gym they move into this program.<\/p>\n

Strength, flexibility, coordination and lots of hard work are required, as more complex and advanced skills are added into the competitive routines.<\/p>\n

PRIVATE LESSONS<\/h4>\n

For one or two students maximum, and a half hour or one hour long, private lessons are great to get extra one-on-one time with the coach of your preference. We try as much as we can to schedule them around the time of your choice. Contact the office for pricing and availability.<\/p>\n
